“A late afternoon at the waterhole known as ‘Nebrownit’ where, during the winter months, elephants are regularly seen taking time out from their busy schedules and meeting up at the pub for a drink and a chat! Or maybe not, but either way they are amazing animals to be around. The elephants in Etosha are reputed to be the largest (in terms of weight) in Africa and when one comes right up next to you, you can quite believe it! This is a group of males touched by the late afternoon sun as they spend time together relaxing and having a drink and, no doubt, catching up with all the latest news!” – Paul B. Dixon
