“As the name suggests, this is a quiet time at the Tsumcor waterhole during the middle of the day when all self-respecting predators should be snoozing thereby giving other animals a chance to grab a quiet drink, although they will remain vigilant. One giraffe is facing the opposite way to the others in case a surprise visitor arrives from a different direction, and the zebras take advantage of the giraffes’ height by using them as extra lookouts.” – Paul B.
